Our 250g jars of miso are the perfect size for adding heaps of savory flavor to your dishes. Umami Pantry Miso is 100% Australian-made, certified organic, and is one of the most authentic miso available. No preservatives, fillers, or hidden nasties here.
We like to use miso in all cuisines – particularly in place of salt. Take out 1 tsp of salt and add 2 tsp of miso – so simple!
