To Replace One Egg: Combine 10g Egg Replacer Powder with 30 ml water. Mix well and let sit for 1 minute to thicken.
To Replace One Egg White: Combine 5g Egg Replacer Powder with 30 ml water.
To Replace One Egg Yolk: Combine 5g Egg Replacer Powder with 15 ml water.
Note: Cannot be used to replace whipped egg whites.
