This organic sauerkraut is an all-time favourite. What you taste is real, old-fashioned sauerkraut with the exact right crunch. The touch of juniper gives extra dimension to the sauerkraut. White cabbage is fermented to sauerkraut using different types of lactic acid bacteria, which are naturally found in white cabbage. In the last phase of production, the sauerkraut is pasteurized.

Can be stored in the refrigerator for about 7 days after opening.
