In Ayurveda it is know as Kumari (young maiden), due to it's ability to aid youthfulness and support the female menstrual cycle.Traditionally, Aloe Vera has been used to; support skin health, wound healing, digestion, reduce inflammation and help clear toxins. Even used to topically to help reduce eye inflammation.
