Description

This spaghetti is best suited to oil- or butter-based sauces or simply tossed with anchovies, black olives, chili, and garlic. It is made from 100% organic Italian durum wheat grown and extruded through bronze to give it the classic rough finish that allows sauces to cling to its surface. Contains buckwheat and wheat flour.
