Venui's vanilla beans slowly macerate in a traditional infusion method. The bean's high vanillin content slowly dissolves into a certified organic ethanol solution at a controlled temperature, to be press-filtered after more than 6 months of aging. The extract's dark brown color, point out the high quantity of vanilla beans used for this two-fold preparation.
One tablespoon of extract in a pastry or ice-cream mix guarantees a rich vanilla aroma.
