An alternative cooking oil with a high smoke point, it, therefore, remains stable at high temperatures. Perfect for frying, sautéing, baking, and roasting. Due to its very low amounts of casein (milk protein) & barely any lactose, it is ideal for those sensitive to dairy. Use Ghee in place of butter as a spread, on baked potatoes, steamed corn, and popcorn.
